Flatbed Die-Cutting平压模切

The workhorse for gaskets up to 20 mm thick. Steel-rule dies cut full outlines, inner holes and perforations in one stroke. Best for mid-to-high volumes with tight tolerances.垫片主力工艺，最厚可切20mm。刀模一次成型外轮廓、内孔与虚线切断，适合中大批量、高精度订单。

Rotary & Kiss-Cutting圆压模切/半断

Roll-to-roll cutting for thin materials and adhesive parts: cut through the liner or kiss-cut through the adhesive only, delivered in reels for automated assembly.卷对卷模切，适合薄材与背胶件：可全断或只切断胶面（kiss-cut），以卷料形式交付，适配自动化贴装。

What files do you accept for quoting?报价需要什么文件？

PDF, DWG, DXF or AI drawings. No drawing? Mail us a physical sample and we will reverse-engineer it and confirm dimensions with you.支持PDF、DWG、DXF或AI图纸。没有图纸也可以寄实物样品，我们测绘后与您确认尺寸。

Do you sell material by itself?是否单独售卖材料？

No — we are a die-cutting converter. All materials are purchased from certified mills, which is why every shipment comes with full traceability documents.不单独售料。我们是模切加工厂，材料均采购自认证厂商，因此每批货都可提供完整的追溯文件。

Who owns the tooling?模具归属？

You do. Once tooling cost is paid, the die is reserved for your orders, maintained free of charge, and never used for another customer.归客户所有。支付模具费后，模具专用于您的订单、免费维护，绝不挪作他用。

Can you sign an NDA?可以签保密协议吗？

Yes. Drawings and applications are kept strictly confidential; we are happy to sign your NDA before quoting.可以。图纸与用途严格保密，报价前可先签署您提供的NDA。

How do you ship internationally?如何国际发货？

Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small lots; air or sea freight (FOB/CIF/DDP) for volume orders. Export documents provided.样品与小批量走国际快递（DHL/FedEx/UPS），大批量可空运或海运（FOB/CIF/DDP），提供全套出口单证。
