Most converters offer one way to cut. We run four cutting routes side by side — die-cutting, vibration knife, CNC routing and rotary — plus our own tooling shop. Your part is routed to the process that fits it, not the one that happens to be free this week.多数加工厂只有一种切法。我们同时运行四条切割产线——平刀模切、振动刀、数控铣切、圆刀——并自有制模车间。零件按"最合适"的工艺排产，而不是"这周哪台机有空"。

Flatbed Die-Cutting平压模切

The volume workhorse. A steel-rule die cuts the outline, inner holes and perforations in one stroke — 0.15–12 mm rubber and silicone, with the best cost per part above a few hundred pieces.批量主力。刀模一次冲出外轮廓、内孔与虚线切断，橡胶/硅胶 0.15–12mm，数百件以上单件成本最优。

Rotary & Kiss-Cutting圆压模切/半断

Roll-to-roll cutting for thin materials and adhesive parts: cut through the liner or kiss-cut through the adhesive only, delivered in reels for automated assembly.卷对卷模切，适合薄材与背胶件：可全断或只切断胶面（kiss-cut），以卷料形式交付，适配自动化贴装。

Vibration-Knife CNC振动刀数控裁切

A 2500 × 1600 mm bed with 50 mm feed height, 18,000 strokes per minute and camera registration. Cuts foam, sponge, felt and rubber straight from your CAD file — no tooling, samples in 2–3 days.台面 2500×1600mm，进料高度 50mm，振动刀 18,000 次/分，配摄像头巡边。泡棉、海绵、毛毡、橡胶直接按 CAD 文件切割，零模具费，2–3 天出样。

CNC Routing (Milling)数控铣切成型

For thick plate and large parts no die can reach: a 1200 × 2400 mm bed routs up to 40–50 mm in layered passes — no tooling at all, and a dimension change is just a program change. Run at our Diduo plant.刀模够不到的厚板与大件：台面 1200×2400mm，最厚 40–50mm 分层走刀，完全免开模，改尺寸只改程序。由荻垛厂区专线生产。

Laminating & Slitting复合与分条

In-house lamination of 3M / Nitto / tesa adhesives, release liners and reinforcement films; slitting to width from 3 mm.自有复合线，可复合3M/日东/德莎胶带、离型膜与增强膜；分条最窄至3mm。

In-House Die Making自制刀模

Our own CNC saw-and-router shop mills the die board and seats the steel rule in-house — new tooling in 3–5 working days, re-ruled free of charge on repeat orders.自有数控锯铣机制作刀模：胶合板开槽、嵌刀都在厂内完成，新模 3–5 个工作日，返单免费换刀维护。

What files do you accept for quoting?报价需要什么文件？

PDF, DWG, DXF or AI drawings. No drawing? Mail us a physical sample and we will reverse-engineer it and confirm dimensions with you.支持PDF、DWG、DXF或AI图纸。没有图纸也可以寄实物样品，我们测绘后与您确认尺寸。

Do you sell material by itself?是否单独售卖材料？

No — we are a die-cutting converter. All materials are purchased from certified mills, which is why every shipment comes with full traceability documents.不单独售料。我们是模切加工厂，材料均采购自认证厂商，因此每批货都可提供完整的追溯文件。

Who owns the tooling?模具归属？

You do. Once tooling cost is paid, the die is reserved for your orders, maintained free of charge, and never used for another customer.归客户所有。支付模具费后，模具专用于您的订单、免费维护，绝不挪作他用。

Can you sign an NDA?可以签保密协议吗？

Yes. Drawings and applications are kept strictly confidential; we are happy to sign your NDA before quoting.可以。图纸与用途严格保密，报价前可先签署您提供的NDA。

How do you ship internationally?如何国际发货？

Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS) for samples and small lots; air or sea freight (FOB/CIF/DDP) for volume orders. Export documents provided.样品与小批量走国际快递（DHL/FedEx/UPS），大批量可空运或海运（FOB/CIF/DDP），提供全套出口单证。

What if the parts don't fit?尺寸不合适怎么办？

Every new part ships with a first-article report for your approval before mass production. If we cut to a wrong spec that we approved, we remake it at our cost.量产前提供首件检测报告供您确认。若因我方原因导致尺寸不符，我们免费重做。
